Child Safety Standards

LifeTime has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, extortion, trafficking, or any attempt to use the service to harm minors.

1. What LifeTime Prohibits

LifeTime does not allow content or behaviour involving:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of minors
  • Grooming, sexual exploitation, coercion, extortion, or predatory conduct toward minors
  • Requests for sexual content involving minors, including fictionalized or suggestive solicitation
  • Using the app to facilitate abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or contact with the intent to harm a child

2. Minimum Age and Access

LifeTime is not intended for children under 13.

Account creation requires a date of birth, and users must meet the minimum age requirement set out in our Terms of Service.

3. How to Report Concerns

Users can report content or accounts inside the app through the available reporting tools.

If you need to contact us directly about an urgent child safety concern, email support@lifetime-app.com.

Please include enough detail for us to identify the account, post, or incident you are reporting.

4. How LifeTime Responds

When we receive a credible report, we may:

  • Review the reported content or account
  • Remove violating content
  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts
  • Preserve relevant records where necessary for safety or legal purposes
  • Escalate to appropriate authorities or organizations where required by law
