1. Who Can Use Our Services

You must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Use the Services as a real individual, not an automated system or bot

2. Data Protection and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected and used.

By using LifeTime, you acknowledge that we process your data to provide the Services.

3. Content

Content includes photos, captions, comments, and other material shared through the App.

You are responsible for your Content and confirm that:

• You have the right to share it
• It does not violate laws or the rights of others
• It complies with these Terms

You retain ownership of your Content.

You grant LifeTime a limited license to host, store, and display your Content solely to operate the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post illegal or harmful content
• Impersonate others
• Attempt to access accounts or systems without permission
• Misuse the Services

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

5. Reporting Content

Users can report content or accounts that violate these Terms through in-app tools.

We may review and take action, including removing content or restricting accounts.

6. Ending Our Services

6.1 Account deletion by you

You can delete your account at any time from within the App.

Deletion requires:

• Password re-authentication
• Email verification
• Confirmation of the deletion request

Once completed:

• Your account and associated data are permanently removed, subject to limited retention described in our Privacy Policy
• You will be signed out
• App-managed local data used by LifeTime on your device is cleared as part of the account removal flow
• Copies of photos that you intentionally saved to your device's photo library are not automatically removed

6.2 Suspension or termination by us

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• There is suspected misuse or security risk
• We are required to do so by law

6.3 Effect of termination

When your account is deleted or terminated:

• Access to the App ends immediately
• Certain provisions, including legal rights and obligations, continue to apply
• Certain limited safety, moderation, or legal records may be retained where permitted or required

7. License to Use Our Services

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use LifeTime.

You may not copy, modify, or exploit the Services beyond their intended use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LifeTime is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
